Miyazaki Prefecture's fisheries industry is attracting worldwide attention. Kinoshita Suisan Co., Ltd. and Kyushu Tsukiji Co., Ltd. have been highly praised by the headquarters of the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) in the Netherlands for their sustainable cultivation of "shirara sea bream," and it was decided that an overseas film crew would be dispatched for the first time in Japan to cover the project closely.

ASC certification is an international standard that certifies ocean- and nature-friendly aquaculture. Kinoshita Suisan has been engaged in chemical-free aquaculture for more than 20 years to raise safe and secure sea bream while protecting the rich sea of Miyazaki.
