Kyushu Tsukiji is supporting Sustainable Seafood Week 2025, a campaign that encourages people to choose MSC- and ASC-certified sustainable seafood. The MSC "marine ecolabel" certifies natural seafood caught in fisheries that are considerate of marine resources and the environment, and the ASC label certifies farmed seafood raised with minimal impact on the environment and society. One way we can help preserve fish for future generations is to choose sustainable seafood that bears the MSC "Marine Ecolabel" and ASC labels. MSC Japan and ASC Japan are running a present campaign in which you can win prizes related to the ocean and fish. For more information, please see the following...

In an effort to solve this problem, a menu trial meeting was held in Tokyo by young chefs, led by a Michelin 1-star chef from Miyazaki Prefecture, under the auspices of Ichigo and Solaseed Air. Chef Tatsuya Noda, director of the Michelin one-star restaurant "nôl," and other one-star chefs from Miyazaki...
